Curious about how we process your pet’s food? Here’s how the freeze drying process works:

1. Harvesting: 

All our ingredients are frozen after they’re freshly harvested. At our processing facility, we receive all our ingredients pre-frozen, without having undergone any prior heat treatments.

2. Freeze Drying: 

Our freeze drying process takes 48 hours, slowly removing the moisture from the produce and meat via a process called sublimation. The food is kept frozen while the ice crystals that have formed inside it are vaporized, preserving the cell structure and nutrition of the food while giving it a shelf life of up to two years.

3. Packaging: 

After the freeze drying process, we test our products to ensure that they’re moisture-free. Once the product has been tested, it’s packaged and shipped to you!
